The DigitalStream DHR8203U 320GB PVR is a Freeview HD capable, twin tuner digital recorder. The DHR8203U allows you to access Free to Air HD content via an aerial - giving you access to BBC HD and ITV HD, with more channels coming through the year. The DigitalStream DHR8203U recorder also comes with 1080P Up-scaling, allowing for all SD & HD content to be up-scaled to Full HD enabling quicker channel changes and increased picture quality.
This PVR has 2 USB port inputs for use with HDD so you can display images or listen to your music files through this set. You will also be able to update your set through this USB port. There is also an Ethernet connection used to connect the unit up to the internet, this will be useful for the future features and essentials.
Picture in picture allows you to watch one channel whilst another channel can been seen in the top corner of the screen. A good example of a use for this would be watching a program whilst Final Score was showing on another channel, so you can see the results as they were coming in. Please note that P.I.P(Picture in Picture) will only work on Standard Definition channels and not High Definition channels.

Very good and easy to use product. Everything i wanted...The only drawback is the sound is reduced to a lower level than the TV when you switch it ON.
