For over 50 years, family owned company Grado has been at the forefront of design engineering for the high-end audio and recording industries. Grado holds over 40 patents for their famous headphone and phono cartridge designs and its founder, Joseph Grado ,is known as the pioneer of the stereo moving coil phono cartridge. He is also responsible for many more innovations and was added to the Audio Hall of Fame in 1982. To this day Grado remains one of the world's leaders in headphone technology and accessories.
