Simply Electricals provides a service of allowing you to track and log your e-mail conservations with us. This service, available to all our customer, provides a central hub for communication between Simply Electricals and You our customers.

Each time you want to start a new conservation with Simply Electricals, simply Create A New Ticket via the Help Desk located on Your Account. Your will then be provided with a small form which you can fill out with details regarding your query.

  • In the Title field: Please provide a general overview of what the ticket is about; for example; "PDF user manual required for 46B8000 LEDTV"
  • In the Department field: Please select a department most relevant to the ticket from the drop down menu; for example; "Customer Services"
  • In the Assign Order field: If your enquiry is related to an existing order, select an order from the drop down menu.
  • In the Message field: Please fill out some detailed information about your query
  • In the Attachment field: If you are requested to provide some additional information such as proof of address, then simply attach them to the ticket
