Help Desk

Simply Electricals provides a service of allowing you to track and log your e-mail conservations with us. This service, available to all our customer, provides a central hub for communication between Simply Electricals and You our customers.

Each time you want to start a new conservation with Simply Electricals, simply Create A New Ticket via the Help Desk located on Your Account. Your will then be provided with a small form which you can fill out with details regarding your query.

In the Title field: Please provide a general overview of what the ticket is about; for example; "PDF user manual required for 46B8000 LEDTV"
In the Department field: Please select a department most relevant to the ticket from the drop down menu; for example; "Customer Services"
In the Assign Order field: If your enquiry is related to an existing order, select an order from the drop down menu.
In the Message field: Please fill out some detailed information about your query
In the Attachment field: If you are requested to provide some additional information such as proof of address, then simply attach them to the ticket

Knowledge Base

Simply Electricals Knowledge Base provides a quick and easy way to locate articles and items on the website that may help answer queries or concerns about Simply Electricals. For example; You live in a remote part of the country and need to know if any additional charges will be required for your postcode. By clicking on the Delivery page below you will be able to find out this information. Another example could be; You would prefer to sample the product to see if television stand A looks nicer than television B. You require to know about our Retail Store and would like its address to see if its local. By clicking on the Retail Outlet page below you will be able to find out this information.
