Ordered the item by phone as the standard offer was by courier. Problem with couriers is that they try to deliver when I am at work and then tell me they have the item in their depot. The depot shuts at 5 pm and supposed to drive their when at work.
Not convenient :(, when I spoke to the salesman, specified royal mail only, got a few phone calls from a woman on a witheld number trying to get me to change it to a courier without success.
Something to be aware of, the trip to the RM offices was easy and no hassle.
Would recommend the company, but to make very sure on how the item is delivered :) (Posted on 8 November 2011)
