Simply Electricals Order Tracking
After placing your order with Simply Electricals you will receive an automated e-mail from us acknowledging your order. The email will contain the following information:
- Order Number: A 9 Digit Number which will begin with 1 for telephone orders and 2 for internet orders
- Billing & Shipping Information: Following this you will also receive your account information in order to log in via the website. To check your order status, just click on 'My Account' link at the top of the page, sign in and then View Orders.
- Pending - Order Acknowledged: This means your order has been received and is currently going through additional security checks before progressing further.
- Processing: This means your order has been accepted and will now be arranged to be picked, packed and shipped
- Picking: This means your order is now being picked in our warehouse
- Packing: This means your order has now been picked and is being packed for delivery
- Scheduling Delivery: This means our dispatch this will be calling you shortly to arrange delivery via telephone for the order
- Awaiting Delivery: This means your order has been agreed to be delivered for a selected date and is now waiting to be dispatched
- Cancelled: This means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.
When your order is ready to ship you will receive a telephone call or email from delivery team confirming a delivery date. Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed tracking information, the evening that the order has been dispatched.
Your tracking information will consist of letters and numbers for example JJD 000 XXX XXX XXX XXX or 58714567. The email will also give you instructions to track your order online with the appropriate courier. Soon we will be able to send the details of your tracking information to your mobile phone.
For all Simply Electricals direct deliveries, you will receive confirmation that the your order is awaiting delivery and your order will be delivered at the pre-arranged day. Deliveries with our own delivery service is for orders within our catchment area in the North West. It may also be possible with this service to receive a call from the driver 20-30minutes before delivering.
