Our prices are highly competitive but if you find one of our listed high street competitors offering a better nationwide price for the same item, with the same service conditions, we’ll reduce our price.

Criteria for price match.

The product on our competitor's site must be identical to one we sell
The product must be in stock and available for immediate delivery
Simply Electricals must have this product in stock
We are able to check the offer on the competitor's website

If you have found a cheaper price from one of our competitors and it meets the above criteria, please give us a call on 01204 730 040.

When you call we will ask for the following information:

• The product brand and model number.
• The competitor's price.
• The competitor's web site.

If we can confirm that one of our listed competitors are offering the same product cheaper we will match that price (please note we price match the price of the product excluding delivery).

The offer is not transferable and you must purchase the product on the same day that we offer to match a competitor's price. We can only match prices for one of each product per customer and prices of bulk purchases are not included.
