At Simply Electricals we offer a manufacturer backed guarantee with all of our products, this means that should anything go wrong with your item you can get in touch directly with ROIDMI to arrange a repair under Guarantee.
Once you receive your item be sure to register it with ROIDMI via their website to make sure you are able to claim for any faults under guarantee.
To both claim and register you will need the serial number of the item which can usually be found on a sticker / label attached to the item itself and you will also need proof of purchase. This can be found on your account page by clicking the download button next to the relevant order and it can also be found on your order confirmation email via the "You can download a PDF of your order by clicking here." link within the email.
