Once you receive your item be sure to register it with Shark via their website to make sure you are able to claim for any faults under guarantee.
To both claim and register you will need the serial number of the item which can usually be found on a sticker / label attached to the item itself and you will also need proof of purchase. This can be found on your account page by clicking the download button next to the relevant order and it can also be found on your order confirmation email via the "You can download a PDF of your order by clicking here." link within the email.

Perfect for use on all sealed hard floors including tile, marble, hard wood, and stone, the S6002UK lifts and removes stuck-on dirt, surface dust, grease, grime, and bacteria. Two rotating power pads steam and scrub at the same time for up to twice the stain removal compared to the Shark S1000UK. Plus, the specially designed power pads rotate 150 timers per minute as you glide across hard floors, sanitising 99.9% of household bacteria for a thorough clean.
This model also includes Intelligent Steam Control so you can take complete control of your clean. At the touch of a button, switch between two automatic steam settings to suit the task at hand. Light is perfect for loosening and lifting every day dirt and gentle cleaning of delicate surfaces, while the Normal mode is ideal for powering through tough mess, stuck-on stains or cleaning large areas.
Practical Shark Design
This lightweight model weighs just 3.1 kg, so it’s easy to manoeuvre and move around your home. A long eight metre cord lets you clean large surfaces without changing sockets.
Shark’s steam mop pads are reusable, machine washable and quick drying – with four pads included in the box, you’ll always have a fresh pair ready to go. The S6002UK comes with a 0.35 L water tank and a jug for easy refilling. There’s also a 30 second heat up time, so this steam mop will be ready to use when you need it.
